Provides a pleasant green character and maintains the flavor profile as the use level increases. This ingredient is more forgiving than some other green type flavor ingredients. This works well in strawberry flavors at 0.8 to 1.2 ppm depending upon on other ingredients in the flavor and how much green character needed in the flavor.
